The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and that, therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall stand closed.
