This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.19 of 2015 of Yadagirigutta Police Station, Nalgonda District.

On written instructions, dated 16.09.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, referred the same as "Mistake of Fact" on 20.04.2019 as per the proceedings of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Yadadri Division. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
