THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 4768 of 2016 ORDER:

1) When the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 30.09.2016 and 11.11.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, perused the petition.

2) C.R.P.No.4768 of 2016 is filed seeking a direction to the Senior Civil Judge, Palamaner to dispose of the suit O.S.No.145 of 2014 at the earliest.

3) Since the suit is of the year 2014 and as the said Court is having pendency of morethan 600 cases, the request of the petitioner is rejected for the present with a liberty to renew the same at an appropriate time.

4) Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5) As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
