It is stated that the judgment and decree passed in Original Suit No.73 of 2015 by the Junior civil Judge, Mulug has already been executed, and possession has been delivered to the respondent-Decree Holder.

Admittedly, there is no stay obtained by petitioner in the Appeal filed by petitioner against the judgment and decree passed in Original Suit No.73 of 2015 from the appellate Court. 4.

Since the decree has already been executed, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
