This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings against him in Sessions Case No.113 of 2015 on the file of IV Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Guntur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Court of Session started recording evidence in the subject Sessions Case. In view of the same, it is not appropriate to express any opinion in this case.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
