THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.SUNI L CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.2949 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision case is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the docket order dated 21.10.2016 in S.C.No.6 of 2012 on the file of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act-CumAdditional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.1 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner-accused No.1 to withdraw the revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioneraccused No.1 under law. The petitioner-accused No.1 filed a memo before the trial Court with a prayer to permit her to further cross-examine the witnesses.

The Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner-accused No.1 to avail the remedies available to her under law. The trial Court is hereby directed to pass orders on the memo, if any, filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand closed.
