Heard Smt. S. Lakshmi Prameela, learned counsel for Smt. K. Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner. In fact, the findings recorded by the Court below do not warrant interference, for the reason that there is no evidence worth the name placed before the Court below to show that the cost of the variety of paddy raised by the respondent was Rs.450/- per bag. In such an event, it is difficult to hold that the order under challenge suffers from material irregularity or illegality warranting interference. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the present revision, stand closed.
