THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1906 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the order dated 01-12-2016 in I.A.No. 334 of 2016 in O.S.No. 2316 of 2015 on the file of the Court of V Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below'), whereby the Court below allowed the application filed under Order VII Rule 14 (3) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The order under challenge is only in two sentences which is extracted hereunder:

"Notice given, documents furnished. Hence the petition is allowed, documents received subject to proof and relevancy." This order is cryptic order without any reasoning. Therefore, the order is set aside while directing the Court below to pass appropriate reasoned order giving opportunity to both parties.

The civil revision petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No costs. _____________________________ M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY, J.
