THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.374 of 2018 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 84(2) of A.P.Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act 30 of 1987 challenging the orders dated 30.11.2017 passed in O.A.No.17 of 2015 on the file of the A.P. Endowments Tribunal, Amaravathi at Pedakakani.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
