- 2 - JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P. Sree Sudha) This appeal is filed aggrieved by the order and decree dated 29.09.2005 passed in O.P.No.74 of 1994 by the Senior Civil Judge at Mahabubnagar District.

As per the docket proceedings, dated 04.03.2021, the sole appellant expired and the matter was directed to be listed after four weeks. Though sufficient time was granted, even by 27.10.2021, no steps were taken to bring the legal representatives of the sole appellant. The Court is informed that the date of birth of the sole appellant is not known. When the matter was taken up on 04.03.2021, the Court was informed that the sole appellant died and time was sought to take steps. Since after death of the appellant, no steps were taken to bring the legal representatives of the sole appellant, the appeal abates.
