NAVEEN RAO THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) When the matter was called on 30.01.2023, there was no representation. To give one last opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2.

When the matter is called today, on behalf of learned counsel for petitioner, it is represented that learned counsel for petitioner has no instructions regarding the present status of the dispute and he is unable to contact the petitioner. 3.

This writ petition was filed challenging the auction conducted on 24.05.2004. This Court has not granted any interim order in favour of the petitioner. Further, in view of the sale of secured asset, the amounts due to the Bank were recovered and the loan account of the petitioner was closed. 4.

Since the matter pertains to the year 2004 and the auction was conducted on 24.05.2004, interference of this

- 3 - Court at this stage to set aside the auction does not arise. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
