Complaining interference by the respondents in the alleged legal activities of petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. The counsel for petitioner is unable to state whether the cause stated in the affidavit is continuing as on date. This Court does not want to be speculative and grant a blanket order. Hence, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction.

The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. The petitioner is given liberty, if a case warranting interference by this Court under Article 226 is made out, to file writ petition and work out prayer. No order as to costs.
