THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5647 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes by pressurizing the petitioner and his mother to execute registered document in favour of the fifth respondent.
A counter affidavit, on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, is filed stating that they are denying the said allegations and that they have no knowledge about the properties inherited by the petitioner and his family. It is also stated that crime No.3 of 2014 was registered and charge sheet is also filed on 22.02.2014 in accordance with law and that thereafter, they have never interfered. The specific allegation that on 09.02.2017, two constables came to the petitioner and taken him to the fourth respondent's police station was also denied.
When a notice was taken to the fifth respondent, he refused to receive the notice.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents 1 to 4, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
