I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed to record the terms of compromise entered between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.6. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays to dispose of the writ petition by recording the said compromise. Having heard the learned Counsel, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed by recording the compromise between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.6. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of by recording the compromise between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.6. It is also made clear that the compromise entered between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.6, shall not be construed as an impediment to the authorities to proceed in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
