THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.19489 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 6 in Crime No.312 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 468 and 474 read with 34 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court. The charge sheet was numbered as C.C. No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition & Excise, Guntur. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
