THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31522 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.19967 of 2014, dated 22.07.2014, and a copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper. The operative portion of the said order reads as under;
"It is unnecessary for this Court, at this stage, to examine whether the petitioners are the owners of the land or the subject land belongs to the Government. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitioner, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.'
Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
