When this petition came up for hearing on 23.09.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it was posted to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the case under the caption for dismissal, today when the matter has come up for hearing, there was neither any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor the petitioner was present, which indicates that petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case.
