HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23281 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

"... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the General Body as null and void and further order to conduct Fresh elections as per the bylaws and declare the acts of Respondent No.3 and 4 as illegal and arbitrary".

2. The prayer sought for is against respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are unofficial respondents and more so the affidavit is vague. If any dispute is existing between the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 and 4, petitioner can avail alternative remedy. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is not stated how the writ petition is maintainable against respondent Nos.2 to

4. The petitioner has not stated what is the role of respondent No.1.
