This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not considering the representation dated 01.02.2018 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries to the land of the petitioner in an extent of Ac.0-86 cents, situated in Survey No.243/1 of Uppudi village, Repalle Mandal, Guntur District pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 05.11.2003 passed in A.S.No.155 of 1996 by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Guntur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner paid the requisite fee way back in 2011 and now submitted a representation on 01.02.2018.

A reading of the representation shows that it was addressed to the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister with a copy marked to the District Collector, Guntur and to the Tahsildar, Repalle seeking survey of the land, but the petitioner can file an appropriate application under relevant law for conducting the survey by paying the requisite fee and now a provision is made in the online platform for such purpose. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to make online application for conducting the survey for his land and, as and when such application is filed, the same shall be considered by the third respondent as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four (4) weeks from the date of filing such application.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
