THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.42573 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under the apprehension of opening the rowdy sheet against the petitioner and also challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in calling him to the police station and making him to sit till late hours and also the harassment meted out to him.

A counter affidavit has been filed by 4th respondent, stating that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner and presently, there is no threat of opening any rowdy sheet against him.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
