When the matter is taken up, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to avail the remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure for redressal of her grievance.

Writ petition is accordingly closed with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
