HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7736 of 2019 ORDER:

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.5672 of 2019 & batch, dated 10.04.2019, and that, therefore, this writ petition can be disposed of on same lines. 2.

Government Pleader for Education appearing for the respondents also not disputed the said submission. 3.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, the Writ Petition is also allowed, in terms thereof, by setting aside the impugned rejection orders and all the rejected candidates are directed to submit individual representations by enclosing the experience certificates to the Telangana State Public Service Commission and, upon such representations being received, the Telangana State Public Service Commission shall examine each individual case on merits and pass individual speaking orders within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter. In pursuance of this order, the Telangana State Public Service Commission shall publish in its website and also in two leading newspapers about opportunity being given to all the candidates whose cases were rejected by fixing clear two weeks' time to receive their representations.

Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the order, dated 10.04.2019, passed in W.P.Nos.5672 of 2019 & batch to this order.

AKS,J W.P.No.7736 of 2019 There shall be no order as to costs.
