THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.8973 OF 2015 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that in view of the filing of Charge Sheet, the present petition becomes infructuous, but, however, liberty be given to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the Calendar Case.
2. Such a liberty is always open to the petitioner because of the change in the nature of proceedings.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would represent that cognizance is taken by Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar.
