Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 20.04.2016 to the Registry stating that the writ petition has become infructuous and as such his client wants to withdraw the same.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
