ORDER:
This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering and taking appropriate action on the petitioners'
representations, dated 28.12.2015, 02.01.2016 and 11.01.2016.
The petitioners pleaded that they are agriculturists owning land admeasuring Acs.1.20 guntas in survey No.134 of Chintakunta Village, Karimnagar Mandal and District.
They further pleaded that the Government has constructed Rajiv Gruha Kalpa houses in survey No.142, that the neighbouring landowners in survey No.135 have constructed a Function Hall after obtaining permission, dated 19.08.2011, from respondent No.5 and that suddenly on 15.12.2015, respondent No.4 has closed the pathway providing access to the petitioners' land. Feeling aggrieved by the said action, the petitioners claimed to have approached respondent No.2 by way of representation, dated 28.12.2015, during Praja Vani programme. The grievance of the petitioners is that no action has been taken on the said representation.
As the grievance of the petitioners is innocuous in nature, without delving into the truth or otherwise of the contents of their representations, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioners, if the same are received by his office, take an appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, and communicate such decision to the petitioners, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.2330 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
