Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner herein on bail in connection with Cr. No. 352 of 2017 of Bhupalpally Police Station, Bhupalpally (Warangal) District.

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, (TS) The Court made the following Order:
"This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is sole accused, on bail in Crime No.352 of 2017, on the file of Bhupalpally Police Station, Warangal District, for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 417, 506 IPC and Section 5(1) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner and the victim girl developed intimacy and on the promise of marrying the victim girl, this petitioner had sexual relations with the victim girl and later, he resiled from the said promise. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was lodged in jail, since 09.01.2018 and that the material part of the investigation is completed. 4.
Hence, considering the above, this Court opines that this is a fit case for granting bail.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act - cum-I Additional Sessions Judge at Warangal. 6.
The learned Public Prosecutor submits that a direction may be given to the petitioner to attend before the Police Station once in a week. 7.
Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Bhupalpally Police Station, Warangal District, on every Monday between 09:00 AM and 12:00 noon, till filing of charge sheet.
