When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.36811 of 2017 and batch by way of a common order, dated 04.01.2018, and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper. 3.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
