THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7069 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.100 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Shali Gouraram Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 504, 506, 323, 468, 471 and 420 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the case and filed the charge sheet before the concerned court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
