HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5085 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the Tender Notice No.2/34/2008-09, dated 02.03.2009, issued by the 1st respondent for the work of sweeping, cleaning, removal of garbage, lifting and transporting in respondent's Market Committee, as arbitrary and illegal. On account of the discharge of the time, especially considering the fact that six years have already been elapsed, the relief claimed in this writ petition cannot be granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
