This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 01.06.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.598 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Warangal, in Cr.No.188 of 2015 (of Police Station Mills Colony), Warangal District.

At the time of arguments, Sri S. Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to file similar type of application before the trial court.

Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
