THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.103 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities upon his complaint dated 25.12.2015. It is however admitted by him that the Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, refused to receive the said complaint.

It is also fairly conceded by Sri P. Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner, that no steps were taken by the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Ranga Reddy District, under Section 154(3) Cr.P.C.

Without taking recourse to the statutory remedies made available in a situation of this nature, it is not open to the petitioner to approach this Court directly by way of a writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate statutory remedies in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
