Sri Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that though the writ prayer is against refusing to register document presented by the petitioner for the property covered by S.No.561/1B of Jammalamudugu village. Y.S.R. Kadapa District through letter No.2/RTI/2016 dated 11-4-2016, he submits that in view of the direction of this court in writ appeal No.343 of 2015 and batch, the writ petition can be disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to submit the document for presentation and respondents 2 to 4 are given liberty to act as directed by this court in a batch of Writ Appeals. The statement is placed on record. The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of order in writ appeal No.343 of 2015 and batch 29-1-2016.
The Registry is directed to enclose copy of this order in writ appeal No.343 of 2015 and batch dated 29-1-2016 along with this order.
