Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) appearing for respondent No.4.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 26.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mudinepalli Police Station, Krishna District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that the 4th respondent Tahsildar, Mudinepalli Mandal made a requisition vide L.Dis.A.1308/2017 dated 06.10.2017 to the Station House Officer, Mudinepalli Police Station, stating that the petitioners got permission from the competent authority vide PRF011600007667 dated 29.07.2017 to dig fish pond in the above said land. One Chintapalli Ashok and others obstructed in digging of fish pond of the petitioners herein. The Tahsildar, Mudinepalli Mandal requested the police to provide police bundobust.
In this connection it is submitted that, as per the station records, as of now, the petitioners did not approach the Station House Officer, Mudinepalli Police Station. It is submitted that whenever the petitioners approach the Police Station, necessary police bundobust will be provided as per the need of the petitioners by following due procedure.
It is further submitted that in respect of fish tanks in RS.No.83/1, admeasuring Ac.4.25 cents, situated at Mudinepalli Village and Mandal, Krishna District two
criminal cases were registered i.e., i) On the complaint of one Koduri Venkateswara Rao who is husband of petitioner No.2 a case was registered in Cr.No.139/2017 dated 31.07.2017 for the offences U/s.447, 341, 506 r/w.34 IPC. In this case notices U/s.41-A Cr.P.C. were served on accused Chintapalli Ashok and 7 others. The case is pending trial vide C.C.No.442/2017 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kaikaluru. ii) On the complaint of the said Chintapalli Ashok a case was registered in Cr.No.152/2017 dated 24.08.2017 for the offences U/s.448, 506 r/w.34 IPC. In this case notices U/s.41-A Cr.P.C.
were served on accused/Koduri Venkateswara Rao who is husband of petitioner No.2 and 2 others. The case is pending trial vide C.C.No.447/2017 before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kaikaluru." 3.
A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 26.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mudinepalli Police Station, Krishna District. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
