When the matter was called on 24.6.2011, 1.7.2011 and 1.2.2012, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned directing to list the same under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter came up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the C.R.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
