Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is with regard to enhancement of the age of superannuation and the respondent - bank has already taken a decision to enhance the age of its employees. He, therefore, submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
