HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 4208 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 & 2 in not taking the complaint dated 27.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.2.2017, the learned Government Pleader submitted that no complaint was received, therefore, this Court gave liberty to petitioner to approach the concerned Police Station to pursue the complaint already sent by registered post on 7.2.2017.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader stated that the complaint sent was received and based on the complaint a GD entry was made. As the complaint received was non-cognizable in nature, after obtaining permission from the XI Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, Cyberabad, an appropriate enquiry was conducted and charge sheet was filed as 'Petty Case' before the XI Special Metropolitan Magistrate on 25.3.2017 and it is yet to be numbered.

In view of the same, no further direction is required to be given in the present Writ Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
