THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2933 OF 2022 ORDER:- 1.

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Criminal Revision Petition No. 177 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

3. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
