HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3330 of 2010 ORDER:

1. The petitioner was appointed as Additional Programme Officer in the 3rd respondent Mandal through the proceedings dated 22.01.2008 of the 2nd respondent for a period of two years.

2. When the service of the petitioner was sought to be removed by proceedings dated 23.01.2010, this Court granted interim direction on 18.02.2010 suspending the said proceedings.

3. In view of the expiry of agreed term of two years pursuant to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 22.01.2008, no further orders are necessary in this wit petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. However, this order will not affect the petitioner's continuance of service by virtue of a fresh agreement, if any, issued thereafter.
