Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition stating that respondents are not granting permission to decast the sand in petitioner's patta land in Sy.No.20/8 of Durgaram Village, S.S.Tadwai Mandal, Bhupalpalli District pursuant to report dt.24-07-2015 of the 3rd respondent.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5 and Sri V.Pratap Reddy, learned Counsel for 4th respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Industries appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 5 states that the matter is pending for consideration before the 2nd respondent and petitioner's application dt.24-03-2015 will be considered by 2nd respondent within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and 2nd respondent will communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.24-03-2015 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.
