This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering with possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the building in premises bearing D.No. 5-9-6, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad, without following the due process of law, on the ground that he had encroached onto the road.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy submits that the respondent Corporation will not interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject premises, except by following the due process of law. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject premises, without following the due process of law. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
