JUDGMENT

When the taken up for hearing learned Government Pleader for the appellant submitted that the record is not available with him.

On 20.09.2022, there is no representation for the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.09.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". On 21.09.2022, Registry is directed to re-construct the record with the assistance of Learned Government Pleader and upon such reconstruction issue notice to the respondents.

The record is not available with the Court and also with the learned Government Pleader. Therefore,

this court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in continuing the appeal.

Hence, the Appeal is closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
