On 13.06.2017, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the case was adjourned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) payable to the Telangana Advocates' Association.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation and that the costs are not paid.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
