To demonstrate that the case has been settled between the parties, the parties have filed Memorandum of Compromise, dated 27.12.2024 and accordingly, I.A.No.l of 2025 has been filed to record the compromise between them and contended that by allowing I.A.No.l of 2025, the present Writ Petition may be disposed of.
3. This Court, having considered the submissions made by the parties, is of the view that I.A.No.1 of 2025 aad the present Writ Petition can be disposed of
in terms of Memorandum of Compromise, dated 27.12.2024 filed by the parties.
4. With the above observations, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by recording the terms of the Memorandum of Compromise. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
