When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent consider the application dated 26.10.2013, submitted by the petitioner, under Section 32 of the Telangana Tenancy and Agricultural Lands act, 1950 and rejected the claim of the petitioner.
