THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12491 OF 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.138 of 2013, on the file of the Chimakurthy Police Station, Prakasam District.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that no case is made out against the petitioner herein and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
