ORDER

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Irrigation & Command Area Development appearing for the respondents.

3. Grievance of the petitioners is that their representation dated 28.04.2015 made to the District Collector, West Godavari District, copy of which has been marked to respondents 2 to 4, has not been disposed of by respondents 2 to 4.

4. Learned Government Pleader states that respondents 2 to 4 will dispose of the said representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 28.04.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
