HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39148 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register her complaint dated 20.10.2016 against respondents Nos.4 and 5. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
It is stated that the niece of the vendor of the petitioner filed a suit in respect of the house property of the petitioner and the same is pending and while so, under the guise of civil suit, respondents Nos.4 and 5 tried to trespass into her house and threatened her. Then, she lodged a complaint against them before the 3rd respondent. But her complaint was not registered.

Considering the submissions and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: "Respondent No.3 is directed to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2016, if it discloses any cognizable offence and proceed in accordance with law. If the 3rd respondent fails to register the complaint, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the higher officials or to avail the remedies that are available under Cr.P.C."
There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
