CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.23141 of 2017 Dt: 23.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash Order, dated 02-05-2017, in OA.No.589 of 2016 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad. The petitioner also sought for a consequential relief of quashing the Order passed by respondent No.1 vide Letter No.F.No.A-12023(1)/7/2016-Admn.III(LA), dated 20-06-2016.

After arguing the case and after instructions from his client, Mr.K.Lakshmi Narasimha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to apply afresh in the event a fresh notification is issued for the post of Member (Judicial/Accountant) of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.23141 of 2017 Dt: 23.10.2017 As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.28524 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
