THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.21667 of 2017 ORDER:

The present prayer is made on the ground that there is inaction in considering and disposing of the representation filed on 01.06.2017. This Court has difficulty in appreciating the inconvenience canvassed in this writ petition for little time was given to officers and further there is no statutory stipulation in this behalf to consider the grievance of petitioner for disposal of the representation. The Writ Petition is dismissed.

Learned counsel seeks liberty to send reminder to the authorities for disposing the representation dated 01.06.2017. The dismissal of the writ petition shall not be understood as this Court expressing a view on merits. Petitioners are given liberty to work out the remedies before the department. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
