The learned Government Pleader (Home) basing on written instructions dated 07.06.2013 submits that the petitioner filed complaint against respondents 2 and 3 and likewise, respondents 2 and 3 filed complaint against petitioner. Except receiving the complaints, it is stated after seeing the allegations in both the complaints, the cases were not registered.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
